How do I install more than one Intermediate CA bundle file (roots) on an Apache set up?

The easiest solution to installing more than one Intermediate CA bundle file, is to download a combined bundle file from your SSL.com account portal.

Once you login to your account you should click on the Orders tab.

Step-1-Click-on-Orders

 

From there you can click on download under your domain name.

Then you can download the combined Intermediate Certificate bundle using the Intermediate certificates (ca chain bundle) link show on the right hand side of the page:
